Female micro-business owners play an increasingly crucial role in economic development. Visa continues its sustained focus on women-led micro-businesses and, in collaboration with government and social forces, has launched the “Golden Benefits Project - Empowering Rural Vitalization with Her”.Through online and offline training, long-term support, and other strategies, the project aims to empower rural female entrepreneurs and female directors of farmer cooperatives. It enhances the business management capabilities of women in rural areas and supports rural vitalization through talent cultivation.
