Village Boradcasting Program of Kuaishou brings better lives for villagers

In 2018, Kuaishou established the Poverty Alleviation Office, which was later upgraded to the Rural Vitalization Office. In 2023, its rural vitalization model of “short video, livestreaming + assisting farmers” was created through the “Village Boradcasting Program”. Kuaishou has successively launched a number of “village streaming” for rural assistance such as “Rural Youth Anchor Training Program”, “Happy Village Leaders”, “She Power” and “Agricultural Technologist Program”, which allows more and more rural anchors to improve their living conditions and promote rural economic and cultural development with the help of short videos and livestreaming.
